01 Purpose
This policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling requests, refunds, and missed sessions are handled by Oz Scholars Academy.
02 Student Cancellations
Exceptions may be considered for emergencies.
03 Tutor Cancellations
If a tutor cancels:
- The session will be rescheduled; or
- A credit will be provided; or
- A refund may be issued,
at the discretion of Oz Scholars Academy.
04 Missed Sessions
If a student does not attend a scheduled session without notice:
- The session will be considered completed
- No refund will be issued
- No replacement session is guaranteed
05 Technical Issues
Where technical issues occur:
- OSA will assess the situation
- A replacement session may be offered
- Credits may be issued where appropriate
06 Package Refunds
Unused tutoring credits may be eligible for partial refunds.
Completed sessions are non refundable. Administrative fees may apply.
07 Digital Products
Digital products including:
- Study guides
- Downloadable resources
- Templates
- Educational materials
are generally non refundable once accessed or downloaded.
08 Events & Workshops
Refunds for events may be available where cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the event.
No refunds may be provided for non attendance.
09 Exceptional Circumstances
OSA may provide refunds outside this policy in exceptional circumstances including:
- Serious illness
- Family emergencies
- Significant service failures
Refund decisions remain at our sole discretion.
